Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately not at the moment.

Things may change in the future, but this was the only way I could offer people outside my area a chance to purchase my furniture pieces. I do NOT make a profit from shipping fees- I am told the total shipping cost direct from the shipper and pass that exact price onto you.

I know it can be expensive, and I apologize, but I appreciate you understanding.

Other shipping info?

If you purchased any product (except furniture), your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your selection at checkout OR the size of the package required. If you see UPS SurePost, UPS starts with the package then utilizes USPS for final delivery. If you purchased a piece of furniture, your order will ship via FedEx and you will have to sign upon delivery.

USPS normally delivers in 3-4 business days.

UPS normally delivers in 4-5 business days.

FedEx normally delivers in 3-8 business days.

Occasionally, life throws a curve-ball and there are service interruptions far beyond my control, and I apologize for any of these in advance!

Once your order is entered, I work super hard to have your order packed to ship within three business days!  Sometimes Holidays, Promotions, New Product Releases, or Winter Storms can cause unforeseen delays. Please know that I am trying my best to get your order out as soon as possible!

Keep your eye on your email! I will send you an order confirmation when the order is placed, and then I will also send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please check and double-check that your email is correct when you place your order. When it’s extremely cold outside it becomes extra important to track your package closely so your products don’t freeze sitting outside on your porch! Watch your spam folder as well; unfortunately, the confirmation emails sometimes land there.

Please watch your tracking closely and inspect your order when it arrives.  Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to me within 5 business days. All sales are final.

Do you accept returns?

Returns and exchanges are not permitted.  All sales are final.  However, if you have an issue with your delivery such as missing product or damage, please make sure to contact mewithin 5 business days, so I can have things corrected right away for you!

I am unable to make any changes to your order once it is submitted, so please verify the items in your order before checking out. I understand sometimes typos happen; so if you accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address, please email me immediately so I can correct it for you before it ships. If your order has already shipped with the incorrect address, you will unfortunately be responsible for the cost to reship and/or the cost of lost items.

Why do you recommend certain products/brands?

As my handle implies, I try to be as real, transparent, and authentic with everything I do and say. That includes what I recommend to you.

So everything I suggest, I have not only used it and liked it, but I also used other similar products/brands and have found that this one in particular I am recommending works best.

And even if I like a brand, I will only suggest the products that I think work. For example, I recommend Wise Owl because they have great durability, a good environmentally friendly mission, and their tonics and salves are honestly unmatched by anything I've seen. However, they make a chalk paint, which I personally don't use, so I do not advertise that specific product of theirs. Other people may like the qualities chalk paint provides, such as little to no prep, easy distressing, and a matte finish. However I would rather take the time to prep and have a strong, durable satin finish which is what their water-based One Hour Enamel accomplishes. This doesn't mean their chalk paint is bad, it just means it's not my personal preference and I don't want to recommend it to you if I don't personally use it.

Can I send you pictures of a piece I would like some of your advice on?

Absolutely!

If you reach out to me via messages on Insta, I will try my best to respond! I may not always have the time to get back to you, but if I do, I would love to help you with your projects and vintage/antique pieces!

Do you offer customizations or do commissioned pieces?

No, not at the moment.

Things may change in the future, but unfortunately I do not currently take on furniture pieces for peronalized or customary design. This also includes making changes to a piece if there is interest while I am working on it.

I will buy and finish a piece, and then place it for sale where you can then purcahse it if you like.
